Introducing Atlas: Note-taking made easier

Atlas turns a recording of any lecture into thorough, structured study notes — hands-free. Here's what we've built so far, and where we're headed.

#launch#notes

Hello, and welcome to Atlas!

Atlas listens to your lectures so you can stay present in them.

Record a class, upload the audio, and Atlas returns a clean set of structured notes with clear sections, key concepts with definitions, and a short summary you can review in minutes.

Why we built it

Taking good notes while also understanding a lecture is hard. You either capture everything and absorb nothing, or you follow along and miss the details that matter most. Atlas removes that trade-off.

Here's what we've built so far:

  • Structured notes generated from your own recordings
  • Key concepts surfaced and defined automatically
  • Editable notes so you can refine all your notes in Atlas
  • Exports to PDF and Word

This is just the beginning. We're working overtime to polish what we have now, so that we can start building new features quicker. Maybe we'll work on adding flashcards next, so that you don't need to rely on Anki. 👀

That's all we have for now. Until next time,

The Atlas Team.
